個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

2006年獲得中國(guó)協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位,之后在美國(guó)康州大學(xué)健康中心和西雅圖華盛頓大學(xué)bwin必贏進(jìn)行為期5年的博士后訓(xùn)練,2022年加入bwin必贏。目前主要從事基因編輯基礎(chǔ)和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究。近期以通訊作者(最后一位)在國(guó)際主流雜志Nature Communications、PLOS Biology、Nucleic Acids Research(2篇)、Molecular Therapy(3篇)、Journal of Biological Chemistry(3篇)、Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science等發(fā)表文章。最近研究(發(fā)表在PLOS Biology雜志的成果)被國(guó)外主流科技媒體ScienceDaily和美國(guó)eurekalert媒體所報(bào)道。2篇發(fā)表在Journal of Biological Chemistry 上的研究論文被分別遴選2020年和2022年該雜志當(dāng)年標(biāo)志性的基因編輯方法學(xué)文章。為2019年浙江省優(yōu)秀碩士論文指導(dǎo)教師。相關(guān)研究受?chē)?guó)家科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,湖南省自然重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,湖南省高層次人才項(xiàng)目(杰出類(lèi))、“瀟湘學(xué)者”特聘教授人才項(xiàng)目等資助。
