何祖平博士，bwin必贏院長(zhǎng)，湖南師范大學(xué)瀟湘學(xué)者特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。上海高校特聘教授（東方學(xué)者）、湖湘高層次人才聚焦工程-杰出創(chuàng)新人才、上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃、上海市教委-上海交通大學(xué)bwin必贏雙百人計(jì)劃。國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人，國(guó)家重大科學(xué)研究課題負(fù)責(zé)人，國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題負(fù)責(zé)人，國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（3項(xiàng)），上海市科委重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人，湖南省重大專項(xiàng)課題負(fù)責(zé)人、湖南省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。2003年7月，在中國(guó)科學(xué)院研究生院獲得博士學(xué)位。留美博士后和助理教授：2004年2月至2008年2月在美國(guó)喬治城大學(xué)從事博士后研究；2008年3月至2011年2月在美國(guó)喬治城大學(xué)擔(dān)任助理教授。2011年2月為“海外高層次引進(jìn)人才”到上海交通大學(xué)bwin必贏工作。2011年2月-2017年10為上海交通大學(xué)研究員，特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。2016年，被評(píng)審為上海市正高三級(jí)技術(shù)崗位。
